Maria Monastirsky, M.S.W., brings over 15 years of experience in clinical research leadership to the Texas Youth Depression and Suicide Research Network (TX-YDSRN). She focuses on optimizing operations for large-scale, multisite research studies, with an emphasis on efficiency, data quality, and regulatory compliance. 

She has led the development and implementation of centralized regulatory systems, streamlined data management infrastructure, and standardized workflows that support consistent and high-quality research practices across sites.

Maria is known for her strategic approach, strong cross-site coordination, and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. Her work has contributed to measurable improvements in data completeness, regulatory readiness, and overall site performance across the network.
